Partially printed DS as president, one page on vellum, 16.25 x 10, March 1, 1822. A document granting a parcel of land in Cahaba, Alabama to William Adair. The paper seal remains intact at lower left. One fold just touching first letter of signature, small spot near (but not touching) signature, and a few faint, tiny spots to blank portion—all mentioned merely for the sake of strict accuracy—otherwise very fine condition.
