Partially printed DS as president, signed “Wm. H. Taft,” one page on vellum, 15.5 x 19, December 27, 1910. A document appointing Henry R. Snyder Assistant Paymaster in the Navy with the rank of ensign. The paper seal remains intact at lower center.
