DS, one page, 12.25 x 8.25, February 21, 1817. A document granting James Currie a parcel of land in Cincinnati. The paper seal remains intact at lower left. In good condition, with soiling and staining, folds (one touching signature), mounting tape to top edge, and scattered holes (repaired from the reverse) affecting a few words.
