Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Coolidge and countersigned by Postmaster General Harry New. Matted and framed to an overall size of 21 x 18. In good condition, with moderate toning and soiling, predominantly to upper left, small tear to bottom and several creases. Coolidge’s signature is clean and bold and presents nicely.
