Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania (1730–1779). DS, signed “Geo: Ross,” one page, 12.5 x 7.75, January 1750. Legal document in the case of Robert Wilson vs. William Wray in which Ross represents the plaintiff on charges of fraud. Boldly signed at the conclusion in black ink by Ross. In very good condition, with general toning, partial fold separations and weak folds reinforced on reverse and minor paper loss at three fold intersections. Darkly penned and very legible.
