ALS signed “Elizabeth R,,” one page both sides, 4.75 x 7.5, personal letterhead, January 3, 1966. The Queen writes to “Dear Cata.” In part: “I was delighted to receive the tea cozy which you gave me for Christmas. Thank you very much indeed for such a useful present. I hope you are feeling stronger again and better—I think your writing is clearer again, though I hope it isn’t too much of an effort to write. I’m glad you like the card—the photograph made me smile when I saw it, and that’s why I chose it—everyone being made to laugh by the baby! Alas! He’s no longer a baby but a small tough boy running about everywhere!” In fine condition. R&R COA.
