Program from Sinatra’s appearance at the Copacabana, two pages, 7 x 11, signed and inscribed in blue ballpoint on the back cover in the unused mailing address area, “For Lee - Frank Sinatra.” Inside pages contain several pitches for meals and drinks at the Copa. In very fine condition, with a bisecting horizontal fold. Sinatra was among the many greats who performed at the Copa during the 1940s and fifties, including Danny Thomas and Jerry Lewis and Dean Martin.
