Free-franked envelope panel, 5.75 x 3, addressed in Harrison’s hand to “W. L. Stone, Esq. Conv’l Advertiser, New York,” and franked in the upper right, “Free W. H. Harrison.” Panel also bears a May 8 Washington postmark and is affixed to a slightly larger card.
