Signers include: Mickey Mantle (who was the league MVP that year), Whitey Ford, Enos Slaughter, Yogi Berra, Hank Bauer, Bobby Shantz, Don Larsen, Zeke Bella, Bobby Richardson, Moose Skowron, Gil McDougald, Art Ditmer, Bob Grim, Jerry Lumpe, Bob Del Greco, Jerry Coleman, Tom Sturdivant, Tommy Byrne and Johnny Kucks. Cloth matted and framed to an overall size of 23 x 20. In fine condition. The 1957 Yankees, under skipper Casey Stengel, were in the World Series for the eighth time in nine years. Behind an MVP year from Mickey Mantle, New York had finished 98-56, eight games ahead of the second-place White Sox. They would go on to lose the World Series in seven games to the Milwaukee Braves.
