Cover from a program for Louis Armstrong and His Concert Group, 9 x 12, signed and inscribed in green ink, “To Ritchie, Satchmo, Louis Armstrong.” Also included are two pages from the same program, five other members of Armstrong’s ensemble signing and inscribing to Ritchie on their respective photos: Velma Middleton, Trummy Young, Danny Barcelona, Mort Herbert, and “Peanuts” Hucko. All three items are matted together to an overall size of 32 x 15.5. In good condition, with soiling, rubbing, stains, and tears to cover, and slight smudge to Herbert’s signature; still, an affordable opportunity to obtain Armstrong and the members of his combo together.
