Vintage matte-finish 5.5 x 8.75 photo of Mussolini reading a document tipped to a 9.75 x 14 mount, boldly signed in fountain pen on the mount. In very good condition, with a hint of silvering, slight trimming to mount, and light foxing, soiling, and staining to mount, much of which could easily be matted out. R&R COA.
