Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Adams and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office, George Graham. Double matted and framed to an overall size of 22.5 x 18.5 In very good condition, with a few small areas of paper loss along one vertical crease, scattered toning and wrinkling and a cracked seal.
