DS, signed twice in black felt tip “R. Starkey” on the final page, three pages, 8.5 x 14, November 4, 1969. A “synchronization and public performance license” agreement between Apple Publishing and Grand Films, Ltd. involving the use of the songs “Carry on to Tomorrow” and “Rock of Ages” in the film The Magic Christian. The film, a campy cult comedy directed by Joseph McGrath and released in 1969, starred Ringo, Peter Sellars, Christopher Lee, and Racquel Welch. In fine condition, with mild toning, horizontal fold, file and staple holes to top edge (the latter resulting in a few small edge chips), and a few bends and light spots. COA PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
