TLS, one page, 7 x 9, Vice-President’s Chamber letterhead, March 30, 1923. Letter to an associate in New York. In part, “I wonder if the name of William F. Whiting of Holyoke was suggested to you. He is a very devoted friend. When he goes to a dinner, he likes to sit at the head of the table, being the opposite of Mr. Stearns in that respect.” In fine condition, with rough left edge from removal from ledger, a bisecting horizontal fold and a pencil check mark through upper portion of text.
