George commutes the prison sentence of Leon Patrick Joseph McKernan, who had been convicted of “larceny in a dwellinghouse, being found on encloses premises with intent to commit a felony, failing to report the loss of his National Registration Identity Card, and being in unlawful possession of certain ration documents.” In fine condition, with a touch of mild toning and soiling, light handling wear, and mild bends.
