In full: “I am in receipt of your letter of July 2nd and have written to the Postmaster General asking him to go to Lincoln on the 12th, 13th, and 14th of July.” In fine condition, with usual fold, mild toning, a hint of scattered soiling, and blue pencil secretarial notation at top right.
