Payment terms for a ‘dramatico-musical work” Ira and George are to produce for RKO Radio Pictures as set forth by RKO, for a salary of $70,000. Nicely signed on the second page in fountain pen by both Gershwins. The Gershwins did Shall We Dance for RKO in 1937, starring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.
