Attractive DS, signed ““Elizabeth R” at the top of the front page, one page both sides, 8.5 x 13, November 4, 1966. A royal pardon wherein Elizabeth commutes the last eleven days of a prison sentence served by a man convicted of multiple traffic violations. The original embossed paper seal remains intact at upper left. In fine condition, with bisecting horizontal fold and subtle show-through in left margin from adhesive paper remnants on reverse.
