Wainwright (who adds “General USA”); W. C. Westmoreland and Curtis LeMay (who adds his rank); Paul W. Tibbets; J. H. Doolittle; and Colin Powell. In fine condition, with a touch of mild scattered soiling, light vertical crease to Dönitz, and Wainwright example addressed in ink in another hand. R&R COA.
