Unsigned handwritten pencil notes in Kennedy’s hand, as president, on a 5 x 8 sheet of White House stationery. Kennedy writes thirteen words in his difficult to decipher hand, written by Kennedy during a cabinet meeting in the White House on January 10, 1963. The notes read, “Danger - Warning on common market, Investments abroad - Use of American dividend for start flotation.” Accompanied by an original unsigned vintage color photo of the actual meeting, a list of the attendants and a 1993 TLS from Evelyn Lincoln, Kennedy’s personal secretary, attesting to the notes. In fine condition, with a few slight wrinkles and a paperclip impression to top edge. COA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
