Letter to Revolutionary War general Jedediah Huntington, who was a Colonel at the time. In part, “Roger informs of your arrival at Norwich soon after my leaving Town; I failed of seeing you as I could wish; tho’ our meeting must have occasioned both grievous and joyful passions…Is your regiment on the march, have many questions to ask, which must be omitted ‘till have the opportunity to have them answered.” Reverse bears an integral address panel in Trumbull’s hand to Huntington.
