Nice matte-finish 4.25 x 6.5 cabinet photo of McKinley as President, signed on the mount in fountain pen, “William McKinley.” Though not all of the details of the setting are clear, the President appears to be sitting in his office in the White House. The mount bears the embossed photographer’s stamp of Bell, Washington, D.C. In fine condition, with a few small losses to emulsion near top edge (affecting background only) and fair contrast to signature due to color of mount. R&R COA.
