Taylor,” 4.5 x 2, affixed to a slightly larger sheet, cut from an envelope which was free franked by him (most probably as President). In very good condition, with light age toning, areas of ink spillage (at time of penning) at top blank edge and not touching signature, irregular bottom margin.
