Impressive lot of seven items: Three vintage glossy 8 x 10 photos, each signed and inscribed in fountain pen to Art Howard and dated by the actor pictured: Rex Allen (1951), Jimmy Wakely (1950), and Buster Crabbe (1944); and four vintage fountain pen signatures and sentiments, three inscribed to Art Howard and all dated by the signer, on individual off-white approximately 5 x 3 pages: William Boyd (1926), Ken Maynard (1937), Tex Ritter (1945), and William S. Hart (1923). A fantastic opportunity to obtain attractive vintage examples of these in-the-saddle icons that might otherwise take years to assemble! In fine condition, with a few scattered dings to photos, and typed collector’s notations and marginal filing holes and adhesive traces to three of the pages, the notations slightly touching writing.
