Fabulous and amazingly pristine vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 portrait of the cinematic young genius seated in a white jacket, with a pipe between his teeth, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “For Arthur L. Howard, With every good wish, Orson Welles.” According to the pencilled collector’s notations on the reverse, the signature was obtained in Los Angeles in 1940. In fine condition. R&R COA.
