Accompanied by a letter from General Doolittle’s secretary, dated November 14, 1945, which reads, in part: “I am happy to enclose the only thing available to add to your collection - - a card showing the insignia of the Eighth Air Force, which has been signed by General Doolittle.” Also accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
