In part: “Mr. McChesney stated that the authorized capital of the Edison Primary Battery Division is in excess of their needs, and he requested that the proper officers of the Corporation be authorized to reduce said capital from $400,000 to $350,000, effective September 15, 1921.” Signed by five board members and the Secretary, including Thomas Edison and his brother, Charles Edison.
