Admiralty Whitehall embossed 4 x 2.5 card with an embossed blue emblem, nicely signed “Winston Churchill” in fountain pen. In fine condition, with small newspaper photo of Churchill affixed to the lower right, adhesive residue on the reverse, a couple of small areas of trivial soiling. Admiralty is the department of the British government that once had control over all naval affairs. Whitehall is a wide thoroughfare in London running north and south between Trafalgar Square and the Houses of Parliament.
