ALS signed “F.C. Church,” two pages on two adjoining sheets, 4.75 x 6.5, Carnegie Hall, NY letterhead, December 16. In part: “Dear Doctor, I have been cleaning out things so I can get out with my push cart and leave nothing valuable in the Studio. I came across a whole lot of sketches for application for copyright. You are welcome to them but you must put them in your book with the attached. To show what they are I will leave them at the Club for you.” At the top of the first page is a drawing of a man pushing a cart with a bird at his feet. In fine condition, with feathering to a few letters of the signature. R&R COA.
