Lot of four vintage signatures on individual white 5 x 3 pages, all from December 1927, when their play Cocoanuts (later a movie) was playing at the Salt Lake Theatre. Included: “Salt Lake City, Dec. 8, 27, Cocoanuts, Arthur [his legal name] Harpo Marx”; “Dec. 8-27, In Salt Lake city, Too much snow for such a tropical fruit as the Cocoanuts, Groucho Marx”; “Too much snow and not enough customers, Dec. 8th - 27, Chico Marx”; “Salt Lake City, Dec. 18, 1927, Cocoanuts, Zeppo Marx.”; and the always understated Zeppo: “Salt Lake City, Dec. 8, 1927, Cocoanuts, Zeppo Marx.” In fine condition, with punch holes and adhesive residue to the edges of each.
