Vintage fountain pen signature and inscription, “To Arthur L. Howard, Sincerely, Basil Rathbone, Salt Lake, Feby 9th, ‘34.,” on a white 5 x 3 page. On a separate page of the same size, Rathbone has quoted Shakespeare: “There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so. Hamlet.” Rathbone played Guildenstern in a production of Hamlet.
