An engraved certificate for 400 (of 600 total) shares of stock in Film Follies, Inc., issued to Penthouse International Ltd. Countersigned by Secretary-Treasurer Anthony Guccione. In the following year, Guccione’s silver-screen dreams came to fruition in Caligula, the notorious sex-historical epic that has become a cult classic. Accompanied by an unsigned photo of Guccione and several women. In fine condition, with small PSA/DNA sticker at lower left and ballpoint cancellations, not affecting signatures.
