Rare ALS as president, in pencil, signed with the uncommon form of his signature, “Roosevelt,” one page, 5.25 x 8, The White House, Washington letterhead, no date. In full: “Early Address at banquet twenty minutes. Believe it may be instructive internationally, though primarily historical.” In fine condition, with rusted paper clip impression to top center. As there is no date, or addressee, one can’t be certain as to the historical relevance, but it’s fun to surmise. COA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
