Letter of thanks for a leather bound edition of his memoirs. In part, “It will have a place of honour in my personal library. It is most kind of you. I am so very glad you enjoyed the book. Personally, I reckon it is not too bad.” Accompanied by a glossy 7.5 x 5.5 photo of Montgomery atop one of his tanks, signed in blue ink. Both are double cloth matted and framed, along with a plaque bearing a quote from Montgomery and a less than flattering quote from George Patton and an Africa Star medal, to an overall size of 22.5 x 17.
