Rider for an agreement between Nicholson and Adams & Ray, with Nicholson as a writer and Adams & Ray agreeing to manage Nicholson in his endeavours as a writer for the standard ten percent commission. Nicely signed on the last page in blue ballpoint by Nicholson. In fine condition, with punch holes and a paperclip mark to top edge. R&R COA.
