In part: “This is just a note in further reference to Miss Francise Sechet’s visa problem in whom you have expressed an interest. I am now in receipt of a report…The San Antonio office of Immigration and Naturalization service has advised that Miss Sechet’s case is being investigated…You are assured that every possible consideration will be given to Miss Sechet’s request to engage in employment for practical training…I will continue to keep a close watch on this case.” In fine condition, with scattered faint creasing, an office stamp and small ink notation, a faint red pencil notation in the top third of the page.
