Second integral page is addressed to “The President of the United States” in Harrison’s hand. In very good condition, with expected folds, a few stray ink marks, paper loss to second page along with a mounting remnant along right edge over portion of address panel, some wrinkling, and a small name clipping attached beneath Harrison’s letter.
