Kaiser of Germany, 1888–1918. Forced to abdicate after his country’s defeat in WWI, Wilhelm fled to Doorn, Holland, where he lived for the rest of his life. Vintage 4 x 5.5 photo, affixed to an 8.25 x 10.5 mount, signed on the mount in fountain pen and dated September 30, 1893. In fine condition, with an even shade of toning from previous display, not affecting signature. R&R COA.
