Truman signs the authorization for a Citation For Legion of Merit, Degree of Legionnaire to Colonel Andrei Venedictovich Nekrasov, for “outstanding service…as head of the Supply Section of the XXXIII Russian Guards Infantry Corps.” Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Truman. Accompanied by Nekrasov’s 12 x 10 certificate which he received for the citation. In fine condition, with pencil notations to top right of both pieces and a few creases to citation.
