In full, “We today have concluded an agreement to end the war and bring peace with honor in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.” Signed under the quote in black ink “Richard Nixon 5-1-90.” Also on the sheet is a memorable image from 1972 taken near Trang Bang and some information regarding the final day of the war.
