Aug 27th 1902.” Accompanied by a handwritten genealogy showing the relationship of Goulding and Cody, written at a later time and paper clipped to the second free end page. In good to very good condition, with some staining and wear to the covers, front cover a bit weak at the spine, sunning to the spine, and some mild page toning; the signed page is fine with light foxing near edges.
