Framed, with a 1944 letter of transmission from Eisenhower’s secretary acknowledging the photo, to an overall size of 8.25 x 10.5. In very good condition, with signature light but legible, bisecting folds to sheet, and two rusty paperclip marks to left side. R&R COA.
