Signed at the conclusion in black ink 'John Adams' and countersigned by Secretary of War James Henry. Cloth matted and framed with a portrait of Adams, to an overall size of 31 x 15.5. In very good condition, with scattered toning and soiling, light wrinkling, a worn but mostly intact seal and large signature. Interesting document from a tense period in United States history.
