Signed at the bottom by Jefferson and Secretary of State Madison. Impressively double cloth matted and framed with sitting portraits of Jefferson and Madison, to an overall size of 36 x 21.5 In very good condition, with some scattered light spotting and soiling, a bit heavier in the folds, Jefferson's signature a bit light but legible, some of the written text also a bit on the light side and an intact seal.
