DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 9.5, June 1, 1831. President Jackson grants eighty acres of land in Indiana to Woodson D. Parker. Signed at the bottom in black ink by Jackson and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. Double matted and framed with a portrait of Jackson, to an overall size of 28 x 16. Several document folds, a couple experiencing trivial paper loss, some light toning and wrinkling, worn but intact seal and a large Jackson signature (6.25 inch long!), otherwise fine condition.
