Vintage glossy 3.5 x 4.25 of Patton standing in full uniform and gripping his riding crop, signed along the bottom in fountain pen, 'G. S. Patton, Jr.' Also included is a TLS, signed G. S. Patton, Jr.,' 7 x 9, dated July 28, 1945 on Headquarters, Third United States Army letterhead. In full, 'I trust the enclosed photograph will be a useful article for the Church Bazaar.' Both are matted and framed to an overall size of 11.75 x 19. In fine condition, with very poor contrast to photo's signature as well as some creasing along top and a light shade of toning to letter.
