Signed at the bottom in black ink by Johnson and counter-signed by the Land Commissioner, Elijah Hayward. Matted and framed to an overall size of 25 x 19. In very good condition, with some scattered light toning and soiling, two vertical folds, one affecting opening stroke of signature, worn but intact seal, and some written text light, but legible.
