In full, 'Many thanks to you for your telegram and especially for your offer to place at my service any engineers or workmen that may be needed. It is all greatly appreciated. I am doing some good hustling and we are making fine progress. I may want to take advantage of your offer of a man later on.' In fine condition, with some light toning to page, a bit heavier to the edges and a vertical mailing fold through a single letter of last name of signature.
