Page mentions a motion allowing the Board to issue shares of capital stock, and also enters several waivers into the minute book. Signed by Edison in a column of five other signatures, including his son Charles. In fine condition, with a light shade of toning, Edison's 'umbrella' through last name of his son's signature and the paper a bit thin in two areas in the left margin.
