DS as president, one page, 16 x 12.5, July 13, 1917. President Wilson appoints Thomas H. Unsworth to the position of Notary Public for the District of Columbia, signed at the bottom in black ink by Wilson and counter signed by his Attorney General. Double matted and framed with a small plaque, to an overall size of 22 x 22. In very good condition, with even overall toning to document, intact red seal and scattered spotting, not affecting signature. RRAuction COA. Oversized.
